A conversation is marked “resolved” when the agent answers the visitor’s question without escalating to a human, the visitor doesn’t reopen the thread within 7 days, and no negative feedback is recorded. Resolution rate is the metric we optimize the agent for. hiroi charges on credits, not per-resolution — you only pay for the messages and minutes actually used.
SOC 2: No — we have not completed a SOC 2 audit and cannot provide a report. Our controls are built to the SOC 2 Trust Service Criteria, and our full Security Policy documents every one of them so you can assess them directly.
